FAVORITE BENTO BOX CATERER!

A Bento box, at its core, is simply a Japanese to-go box containing an entire meal, often for lunch. The term bento is derived from the Chinese term biandang (便當, pinyin: biàndāng), which means "convenient" or "convenience". Bento boxes have become a staple in Japanese culture since the 13th century. Nowadays, there are different takes on what should be included in these boxes.

Inside a traditional Japanese bento box, there will be spring rolls, gyozas, dumplings, and hand rolls. Ginger and wasabi are then used to enhance the flavor and salad and rice are served as side dishes.

Second Bowl Bento Box consists of five ingredients: the foundation of rice which is then accompanied by protein items and cooked vegetables. Finished with a side of salad and egg roll. The contents of a bento box balance nutrition and convenience.
